Yesterday, I once again was reminded that business owners, staff, the business itself and entrepreneurs across the globe are grappling with Trauma due to the pandemic.The massive losses, that was experienced during the past 28 months can produce feelings like post-traumatic stress.

That’s what closing a business, restructuring, retrenching, not fulfilling contracts, not being paid by a client,  not able to pay a supplier, your staff, after all is: It is a personal loss, one that requires dealing with grief and other difficult feelings.So if we expect businesses to regain their footing or others to forge ahead anew, it’s necessary to recognize they’ll need more than an added boost to their bank accounts. They’ll need a healthy way to re-envision their livelihoods and their lives.Now keep in mind we are also dealing with the collective, the total business, the industry etc.

He now takes a % of my revenue.

Make the **Decision** to grow- Break the actions up into small bite sizes – Next step, be in action- Visualise the success – Reset myself when emotions, memories intrude- Appreciate what I have daily – Daily gratitude exercise twice a day some days more- Reprogramme my mind every 15 Sec – I call this my 15-minute shift.Here is Four Symptoms that identify PTSD:- Intrusive memories: recurrent, unwanted thoughts- Avoidance: trying not to think about the trauma- Negative changes in thinking and mood: destructive thoughts about yourself and other people, your business and staff.- Change in physical and emotional reactions: being easily frightened, sense of panic, shifts to anger, overwhelming guilt, or substance abuse.We will react in 3 ways to a trauma: It could also be a combination of them:- Fight or Flight- Disassociation- Freeze
