Is your head up your Ass, are you avoiding what needs to be adress?Business is getting back to “Normal”, but is your managers, business, getting their head out of their ass and starting to drive the business?I was doing my Facebook hopping when I saw this picture!!  I was… what the F***!!  

But then I started thinking, how many businesses still have their head up their ass.  I get calls from my clients and potential clients to help them turn their business around!  If they had come to us when they had that first gut feeling that something was off, we could grow their business, instead of just trying to help them survive via the restructur75% of business wait too long, before they reach out for help, for 80% of them it is too late. There is a negative energy on a struggling business that is very hard to turn around.  The best resources by then have started leaving, the staff is more in survival than in Thriving mode.

The Pandemic disrupted a whole lot not just the economy and livelihood but focus, direction and growth.  We are seeing a lot of businesses that don’t know where to start to put the business back together again, maybe they do…but what takes priority, how do they build it so that it is sustainable. How do they get back from SURVIVAL to THRIVING?  Is the focus of the restructure growth or survival.Let’s take a minute to see if we can lift the FOG.

Have you got a clear action plan for growth?- Do you know how your business will look in 2 years from now? Is your management team on the same page? Do your teams know and understand how they contribute to that growth plan?
