Training Needs Analysis

Concerned with addressing skills gaps at the organisational level, the group level and the individual level? worried about who counts for skills development and how to identify the actual skills needs within the organisation? 

The Training Needs Analysis assesses a variety of components through an in depth perception analysis and questionnaire. 

The Training Needs Analysis can be broken down into 3 sections:

  1. Organisational Level (Panel of managers to perform this assessment on the organisation as a whole)
  2. Departmental Level (Department managers to assess their assigned departments)
  3. Individual Level (Individuals/Employees do a self perception analysis)

a Full Training Needs Analysis will consist of all 3 sections.

a process for measuring and recording the skills of an individual or group. The main purpose for conducting a skills audit in an organisation is to identify the skills and knowledge that the organisation requires, as well as the skills and knowledge that the organisation currently has.
